MARKING
THE CLIMB
We’re a couple who met on the trails, bound by a shared obsession with the peaks. But every time we stood at a summit, we realised the moment felt too fleeting. We wanted a simple, permanent way to bring a piece of those climbs back home with us.
It started with a ritual
On every major peak we conquered, we’d pocket a loose stone from the top, scratching our initials and the date into the surface. It was a private, unpolished archive of early mornings, cold wind and finishing what we started.
Over the years, those rugged little stones became our favourite things on our shelves. They weren’t bought; they were earned. They held a tangible memory that a digital photo on a phone screen just couldn't match.
The Pocket Stones
One pocketed stone per peak. A simple, handwritten trail diary sitting on our shelves.
The Idea
We wanted to find detailed, accurate models of the actual peaks we summited, but nothing out there felt right.
The First Prints
We realised we could use topographic data to print the exact peaks ourselves, starting a new way to track our climbs.
A Clean Way to Collect
The 3D-printed mountain model concept isn't brand new, but we wanted to do it differently. We didn’t want raw, rough prints straight off a hobbyist machine sitting on our desks.
We focused on the details. By using accurate GPS and topographic terrain data, we print clean, sharp replicas of the peaks, finishing them with a striking gold coat that highlights every ridge and valley.
Each Summit Stone is dedicated to a specific peak and its actual elevation. It’s a clean, minimalist physical record of the work you put in on the trail, designed to look great on a desk, a shelf or alongside your gear.
The Idea
Summit Stones exist for those who love tracking their milestones. Every model is tied directly to a real coordinate, a specific elevation and a genuine memory.
Our goal is simple: to take the memory of a tough hike and turn it into a clean, physical reminder you can keep in your space.
It’s a simple, modern nod to the summits you've ticked off.
If there’s a peak that holds a special memory for you, let us know. We’re designing, detailing and expanding our collection one mountain at a time.
